Career Highlights

• Led comprehensive organizational rebrand and market repositioning initiatives while rebuilding partner relationships, strengthening referral networks, maintaining daily presence across Rochester Regional Health and University of Rochester Medical Center hospitals, and supporting post-acute care transitions through strategic outreach and clinical referral review across the regional healthcare market.

• Achieved 53 admissions in my first 6 months as Admissions Director, surpassing the previous all-time annual record of 41 admissions (based on digital records dating back to 2003). By the end of my first 12 months, I secured 90 new admissions which generated $4M in new revenue. In year two, sustained near-100% occupancy across all three communities with waitlists.

• Accepted into a corporate incubator alongside CEO to develop a revenue-generating urban hydroponic farm. Co-developed the business model, wrote a grant to secure $1.3M American Rescue Plan Act allocation, and helped launch the farm’s construction.

• Directed all agency media and public relations efforts across two major markets as Director of Communications—serving as spokesperson. Within my first year, I increased media placements by 86% from the previous calendar year, and achieved over a dozen media appearances in a single week during my third year with the organization.
